TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • All delegates must complete the registration process before arriving at the venue.
  • Registration Procedure:
  • Pre-registration is mandatory. All delegates must fill out the registration form and send it via WhatsApp to the official numbers:

  • Registration Fees:

      Rs.6,500 for undergraduate scholars

      Rs.7,500 for postgraduate scholars and practitioners

      (Includes registration kit, accommodation, and food from the evening of 1st October 2025 to the evening of 15th October 2025 )

  • Payment can be made via any online transfer mode to the following bank account:

  • After making the payment, delegates must send the transaction number or a screenshot of the transaction to the official WhatsApp numbers mentioned above.
  • An acknowledgment email will be sent once the payment is received. If you don't receive the email before the conference, please contact us to confirm your booking.
  • As seats are limited, confirmation will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference given to undergraduate students.

@Pathanjalipuri, please note the following:

  • This is a residential program, and no participants will be allowed to leave the campus before the completion of the program, except in case of an emergency.
  • Attendance is compulsory for all academic sessions. Absence will be permitted only for genuine medical reasons.
  • Please do not plan any other activities or online commitments during this time. Your full attention is expected to be dedicated to the program.
  • By registering for this program, you agree to receive communication from the organizers via WhatsApp, including added to the participant group for easier communication. You also confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the official email: tatwaprakashini@avpayurveda.com
  • Cancellations made before 15th September 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after 15th September 2025.
  • No refunds will be given for "no-shows" or unnotified absences.
  • However, in these "no refund" cases, delegate substitution is allowed if informed in advance through the proper channel.

General Guidelines:

  • Shared accommodation will be provided in separate hostels for boys and girls.
  • Delegates must adhere strictly to the discipline of the venue.
  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings; organizers will not be held liable for any losses
  • Participants must wear their college IDs and program badges at all times
  • The conference schedule may be altered at the discretion of the organizers.
  • Participants are requested to arrive by 5:00 PM on 1st October 2025 for an informal opening and should leave only after the closing on 15th October evening.

Travel and Accommodation:

  • To use the travel facility, participants can share their travel details in the official WhatsApp group, which they'll be added to after registration.
  • Paid accommodation is available at the venue for participants arriving early or leaving late, outside the program dates.
